Buying a Nordic bath online can seem daunting, especially when it's a significant purchase. At Bain Nordique Bois, we simplify and make the purchase process transparent for you. Here's how your Nordic bath purchase proceeds with us:
1) Tailored Advice
We start with a thorough consultation to understand your specific needs and desires. Based on this, we recommend the most suitable Nordic bath model. After finalizing the details, we send you a pro forma invoice and a purchase contract with specifications and pricing. You then have the opportunity to review and suggest changes if necessary.
2) Initial Payment and Start of Production
Once everything is in order, an initial payment of 50% of the total price is required. This payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. Upon receipt of the payment, your Nordic bath is added to our production schedule. Manufacturing then begins, typically within a 1 to 3 week timeframe.
3) Delivery Details and Management
During the manufacturing of your Nordic bath, our transport team will contact you to arrange delivery. If the scheduled delivery date is not convenient for you, it can be adjusted to fit your schedule. We are also flexible in case of a change of delivery address.
4) Final Product Inspection
Once manufacturing is complete, we send you photos of your Nordic bath for inspection. If you notice anything that doesn't meet your expectations, adjustments can be made at this stage.
5) Final Payment and Delivery Preparation
When you are satisfied with the final product, a second payment of 50% is required. This payment may cause concern, but our reputation with many satisfied customers ensures a secure delivery.
6) Delivery and Validation
After receiving the final payment, your Nordic bath is carefully loaded and delivered to the specified address. Upon delivery, we invite you to inspect the Nordic bath to ensure it is in perfect condition. If any damage is found, please note it on the CRM form provided by our delivery team. Depending on the damage, the damaged parts will either be replaced, refunded, or a local repair will be arranged.
7) After-Sales Support and Warranty
At Bain Nordique Bois, our commitment to you doesn't end with delivery. We offer a 2-year warranty on our Nordic baths, with technical support available even afterwards. Additionally, extra accessories can be ordered post-delivery to enhance your experience.
